A doodle that turned in to something of a simple game.
Was testing different stuff, like animating the particles, sand and dust in a shader.
The webkitAudioContext, for the engine sound, pitching it depending on speed
(use Chrome to hear that).
Rayshooting and facenormals. The webfonts for the HUD.
Not very optimized though, so not sure how it runs on the average hipsters macbook.
Guessing it needs a good GPU.. The one in my new workstation takes up 3 slots.. :P
Note. You need a modern browser that supports WebGL for this to run the way it is intended.
For example. Google Chrome 9+ or Firefox 4+.
(If you are already using one of those browsers and it's still not running, it's possible that you
have old blacklisted GPU drivers. Try updating the drivers for your graphic card.
Or try to set a '--ignore-gpu-blacklist' switch for the browser.)
